No Other Supplement Works On
The Root Of All Four At Once

The world's first all-in-one prophetic formula — 4 ways it works for women 30+

Magnesium for the sleep. Collagen for the hair. A probiotic for the bloat. Four bottles chasing four symptoms — while one hormone drives all four. The ritual starts at the root:

How high cortisol changes what the midsection holds

1.The Midsection Holds What Cortisol Tells It To

Same body, two states. On the left cortisol runs high — the middle fills out and pushes forward. On the right the hormone is settled, and it sits flat.

When stress stays high, cortisol tells the kidneys to hold sodium — and water follows. Digestion slows, so gas sits too. It comes and goes weekly while the scale barely moves — the tell that it was never fat.

  • Cortisol high → middle pushes forward
  • Sodium held → water follows
  • Digestion slow → trapped gas adds to it
  • Hormone settles → the middle settles too

In the ritual: standardised ashwagandha root extract, studied in clinical trials for lowering cortisol.*

Stomach and intestines, gas trapped

2.Why The Evening Bloat Builds

Stress pulls you out of rest-and-digest. The stomach empties slower, food sits longer, and longer sitting means more fermentation — which means gas.

  • Digestion slows under stress
  • Food sits longer in the gut
  • It ferments → produces gas
  • The 9pm waistband

In the ritual: fig for fibre, Ajwa dates, black seed — 1,000+ papers behind thymoquinone.*

Ingredients named in the Quran and the Sunnah

3.The Ingredients Were Named 1,400 Years Ago

Black seed, figs, honey, dates, costus — these are not a wellness trend. They are named in the Quran and the Sunnah, and modern labs keep confirming what was written.

  • Black seed → 1,000+ papers on thymoquinone
  • Fig & dates → fibre, potassium, B6
  • Honey → the carrier, not a filler
  • Scripture first, science after

In the ritual: five ingredients from the Quran and the Sunnah, dosed to what the research supports — not sprinkled in for the label.*

The conditions your effort lands in

4.Your Effort Isn't The Problem — The Conditions Are

Eating cleaner and walking more does little while cortisol stays high, inflammation lingers and the nutrient gap stays open. You do everything right and still feel heavy by evening.

  • Cortisol high → body holds, won’t release
  • Inflammation → digestion sluggish
  • Nutrient gap → nothing to work with
  • Fix the conditions first

In the ritual: ashwagandha for stress, black seed for inflammatory processes, prophetic ingredients to close the gap.*

What To Expect — The Honest Version

Nutrition works on the body's schedule, not on a launch calendar. This is the pattern women describe most often — not a guarantee, and not the same for everyone.

Week 1

Mostly invisible

You take it after Fajr with water. Nothing dramatic happens — anything promising otherwise is selling you a story. Underneath, the nutrient gap quietly starts closing.

Weeks 2–4

The evenings change first

This is where most women notice something.

  • Waistband less angry by 9pm
  • The 4pm drop is less of a cliff
  • Sleep feels less broken
Month 2–3

The slow ones show up

Hair, skin and nails run on their own growth cycles — weeks, not days.

  • Hair and nails catch up
  • Vitamin D status has had time to move
  • Mornings feel more like your own

One Ritual Beats A Cupboard Of Single BottlesIn Every Way That Matters

These were food before they were supplements — named in the Quran and the Sunnah, eaten daily for fourteen hundred years. Buying them one bottle at a time means five labels to verify and five things to remember every morning. Most sisters give up around bottle three.

📜

1,400 years of use

Black seed, dates, fig, honey and costus are named in the Quran and the Sunnah — not discovered by a supplement brand last year.

⚖️

Meaningful doses

550 mg of active blend per gummy, every amount printed on the label. No proprietary blend hiding how little is in there.

🍯

Sweetened with dates

The sweetener is an active ingredient in its own right. No synthetic sweeteners, no gelatine, no talc.

The Three Things No One Warned You About After 35

They arrive quietly, one at a time, and every doctor waves them off as “just your age.” They are not random, and they are not your fault. They share a root.

The abaya that fit this morning

The Body That Changes By Evening

You look one way in the morning and another by 9pm. The waistband that fit at Fajr is pulling by Maghrib. It comes and goes on a weekly rhythm — the first clue it was never fat.

  • Flat in the morning, swollen by night
  • The abaya pulls where it never used to
  • Comes and goes — fat does not do that
  • Mostly trapped gas and held water

The root: a stress hormone telling the body to hold water, and digestion slowed to a crawl.

The afternoon that falls off a cliff

The 3PM Wall That Steals The Rest Of The Day

You wake for Fajr already feeling like you never slept. You push through the morning, and then around three it hits — the crash that takes your patience for the kids with it. Coffee moves it by an hour. It always comes back.

  • Awake for Fajr, never rested
  • The 3pm crash you push through with caffeine
  • “Zero patience for my kids” by evening
  • Wired and tired when you finally lie down

The root: the same hormone that holds water burns through your energy and wrecks your sleep.

More hair in the brush than on your head

The Hair That Thins Quietly Under The Hijab

More strands in the brush than there used to be. It is easy to blame the hijab itself — but hair that is well-fed does not fall like that. Two things sit underneath it, and neither is the scarf.

  • Handfuls in the brush, thinning at the parting
  • The hijab gets the blame — wrongly
  • A vitamin your covering keeps you from making
  • Plus the same stress hormone, again

The root: a vitamin-D gap from covered skin, on top of chronically high cortisol.

Three problems. One root. That is the whole reason chasing them one bottle at a time never worked.

Three problems. One root. One ritual that works on it.

Work on the root
And it is not your fault

Women 30+ Are Quietly Losing Their Best Hours Of The Day

The energy that used to carry you to Maghrib is gone by mid-afternoon. The focus you relied on slips. You feel a step behind your own day — like a shadow of who you were a few years ago.

You are not imagining it, and you are not alone. Thousands of women feel exactly this after 35 — living with chronically high cortisol and a nutrient gap no one screened for. And every time they raised it, the answer was the same three words: just your age. The medical system waved it off.

25%
of women aged 50–65 were never told by their doctor they were in menopause — though 92% had symptoms
Survey reported in the American Journal of Managed Care (AJMC), 2024. Read the source →

It was never your age. It was the root nobody checked.

The Food Itself Isn't What It Was

Halal is the first thing every one of us checks. Tayyib — pure, wholesome, genuinely good — is the part almost nobody talks about. And that is the part that quietly broke.

Produce is grown for shelf life and yield now. Picked early, shipped far, processed on the way. Researchers who compared the same crops across decades found the mineral content had measurably dropped — how much depends on the crop, but the direction is one way.

Everything is optimised for shelf life, for shine, for looking fresh on the shelf. None of it is optimised for what it does inside you.

Then
Ancestral prophetic foods, tree-ripened
Now
The same foods, stripped by the modern food system

The dates the Prophet ﷺ ate came off the tree that morning. The honey came from a hive nearby. Black seed, figs, olives — food that travelled metres, not weeks. That is the whole difference. Not a lost recipe. The same foods, before the supply chain got between you and them.

The nutrients women rely on most — magnesium, zinc, potassium, B-vitamins and vitamin D — are exactly the ones a modern diet runs short on.

Median and greatest-reported declines in nutrient content, dry-weight adjusted, from three peer-reviewed analyses of national food-composition data. Nutr. 23(6):669–682 — protein −6%, calcium −16%, iron −15%, vitamin C −15%, riboflavin −38% across 43 garden crops, 1950–1999. Mayer et al. (2021), Int. J. Food Sci. This is why the answer was never a new invention. It was the food that was always there — black seed, dates, figs, honey, costus — put back in a form and a dose that still does the job.

Before you ask

Is this a weight-loss product?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is a food supplement. It works on bloating, water retention, energy and nutrient gaps through the body's stress response — not on burning fat. Anyone selling you a gummy as a fat burner is selling you a story.

Is shilajit really from the Sunnah?

No. Shilajit is documented in Ibn Sina's Canon of Medicine from the 11th century — classical Islamic medical tradition, but not mentioned in the Quran or the Sunnah. We would rather answer plainly than blur the line. The same applies to ashwagandha — Ayurvedic in origin, from modern adaptogen research.

How do I know it is actually halal?

Both certificates are above, in full, so you can read the certifying body yourself. No gelatine, no alcohol carriers, no pork derivatives. Full declaration, no proprietary blends. If we ever change the formula, we will say so publicly before the new batch ships.

How long until I notice anything?

Most women describe the first change in weeks two to four, usually in the evenings. Hair, skin and nails run on longer cycles — two to three months. If you want a product that promises results in 48 hours, this is not it.

Can I take this while pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?

Please speak to your doctor first. That applies to pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, thyroid medication and blood thinners in particular. We would rather lose the sale than have you guess.

Can I take it during Ramadan?

Yes — take it at suhoor or after iftar rather than during fasting hours. Many sisters find suhoor with water works best.
